This assigment connects to the Habits of Hearts and Mind that we practice in Unity because it made me think about my life and it made me proud of myself and regain confidence in life.
The Juvenile Justice paper is about a proposition passed in California (prop 21). In this paper I argue why this proposition is affective and why it is not also. This assigment thought me the skills of mind for example how to research for legitimate information.

Heroin Power Point Presentation
The Heroin power point presentation was done in my eleventh year of high school for the chemistry class. This power point has information about the how heroin affects people’s life and the che4mistry explanation about how it affects the brain and the body. This thought me how to comprehend and critically analyze the information about heroin and how that affected the human body. It also made me more sensible to life itself.
The flame tests were tests of metal ion solutions on flames. Each solution gave a different flame color. The flame test are related to chemistry in the way that when you combine the solution to the gas flame it gives a different product just like combining different ingredients like in cooking. The point was to relate chemistry with our everyday life. This lab thought me how to choose the right tool in order to do a good job in my lab. For example taking good notes and observing closely.

Healthcare in America is a polemical political issue being discussed in the government lately, due to the presidential election coming up. In this paper I discussed this issue and the proposition to establish a Universal Healthcare in America and how that would be controversial. This helped me out to polish my comprehending and critical analyzing skills due to the research I did and the interpretation I performed of some media articles and such.
The 1984 paper is about the book 1984. Here I discuss how this book relates to our government and how it is similar even though this was based on the future of 1984. This book made me think but really think about our government and criticize the way things are being done in this country.
